分析了目前汽车传动系载荷谱的获取方法和使用状况,通过比较汽车用户道路试验和试验场试验,阐述了利用汽车试验场耐久性试验数据进行后续传动系台架试验加载的可行性。根据实际试验台加载方法,以不同挡位作为数据划分依据对不同工况载荷数据进行提取和平滑处理,最终获得连续的各挡载荷数据。应用雨流计数法对载荷循环进行计数,根据雨流循环外推法将载荷循环数外推至目标里程。考虑不同驾驶员驾驶习惯导致的传动系零部件损伤差异性,根据雨流循环分位点外推法对外推后的载荷循环进行修正,最终获得95%驾驶员水平的目标载荷数据,为进行后续的室内台架载荷谱编制提供了当量试验载荷。

The state of load spectrum acquiring methods and the behavior in service analyzed,and we proved that load spectrum of proving ground durability test is more available for test table for auto transmission than that of the user road test by comparing the user road test and proving ground test. According to the actual loading method of auto transmission test,we had the extraction and smoothing processing of load data in different working conditions base on the gear signal and got continuous load spectrum of different gear. Rain flow counting method was used in the process of load statistical. With the rain flow cycle extrapolation,target mileage load cycle’s matrix was attained. The effect on large cycles of different drivers leads differential damage and the percent extrapolation method was used to amend the target mileage rain flow cycle. Finally,the target of load data of different drivers of ninety five percent levels was generated,which lays the foundation for load spectrum designing of auto trans-mission test table.
