对一种液压悬架进行了动力学建模,并构建了控制执行机构的控制量与车辆实时状况之间的关系。根据最优控制理论,设计了液压主动悬架二次型最优(LQR)控制器,分析了系统在随机激励条件下的时域响应和频域响应。仿真结果表明:与被动悬架相比,最优控制的液压主动悬架在低频共振区能有效控制车身垂直加速度、悬架动扰度和轮胎动载荷。

A dynamic model was established based on the hydraulic suspension. And the model illu-minated the relations between the control of the control part of the organ and the real-time status of the vehicle. The linear quadratic regulator(LQR)controller of hydraulic active suspension was designed based on the theory of linear quadratic optimal control. At the same time,the analysis on the respond in time domain and frequency domain were implemented. According to the simulation results,com-pared with passive suspension,the optimal control of active suspension can control the vertical vibra-tion acceleration,suspension dynamic deflections and tire dynamic load in the low-frequency reso-nance region effectively.
