A flexible PVDF sensor structure was designed and high quality PVDF piezoelectric film was obtained through experiment and it’s founded that the solution with 15% mass fraction of PVDF has a good film - forming ability. The preparation of PVDF thin films methods and precautions were summarized. Fabrication path of PVDF flexible sensor was designed and preparation technique and key steps of the process of it were summarized,which can make a reference for the preparation of PVDF soft sensor.
