The G/T value is an important parameter for wireless receiving system. An inproved method for G/T value measure-ment of active phased-array antenna was introduced in this paper . This method which is based on CNR indirect measurement method optimized the calibration of masurement link and reduced measurement error. The results showed that the G/T value me-asurement error is within ±0.1dB and the accuracy can be reached ±0.17dB.Finally, the feasibility and veracity are validated by the comparison of an example and the theoretical value.
