目的探讨双头硅胶泪道引流管插管术治疗慢性泪囊炎疗效及其影响因素.方法临床病例系列研究.回顾性分析在河北医科大学附属第二医院眼科于2010年1月至2013年12月采用双头硅胶泪道引流管插管术治疗的慢性泪囊炎患者35例36只眼的临床资料和术后疗效,采用回顾性分析研究方法,应用SPSS13.0统计软件进行分析,并探讨术后失败的临床因素.结果不同年龄慢性泪囊炎的疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(Z =-3.706,P＜0.01):41-67岁的疗效较好;不同病程慢性泪囊炎疗效比较差异无统计学意义(Z =-0.728,P=0.466);6个月撤管疗效优于3个月撤管,差异具有统计学意义(Z =-4.027,P＜0.01).结论泪道插管术治疗慢性泪囊炎操作简单、安全,患者年龄和术后撤管时间是影响泪道插管术后复发的危险因素.

Objective To investigate the clinical high risk factors in failure of treating chronic dacryocystitis by encheiresis.Methods The 36 eyes of 35 patients with chronic dacryocystitis treated by encheiresis from January 2010 to December 2013 were retrospectively reviewed.SPSS13.0 statistical software was used to investigate the clinical high risk factors.All this was to provide instruction for increasing clinical recovery rate.Results The therapeutic effect difference between two different age groups had statistical significance (Z =-3.706,P ＜0.001):better effect in 41-67 years old group;No statistical significance existed between different course of disease groups (Z =-0.728,P =0.466);The therapeutic effect difference between two different post-operation time for withdrawing tractus lacrimalis tube groups had statistical significance (Z =-4.027,P ＜0.001):better effect in 6 months tube-withdrawing group.Conclusions Age and post-operation time for tube-withdrawing are the risk factors which influence recurring of chronic dacryocystitis after tractus lacrimalis encheiresis.
