目的探讨LASEK术中隔角膜接触镜行上皮瓣复位对上皮瓣修复的影响.方法对2009年12月至2013年8月在无锡市九院眼科观察LASEK手术46例(92只眼),常规酒精浸泡制作角膜上皮瓣,行激光切削后用0.02％丝裂霉素C海绵签覆盖基质床10～20s,冲刷基质床后流水复位上皮瓣,立即覆盖角膜接触镜,隔角膜接触镜进行细致的完全复位,观察术后角膜上皮愈合、视力及Haze等情况.结果 89只眼术后5天上皮完全愈合,3只眼上皮愈合延迟.术后6个月裸眼视力≥术前最佳矫正视力者88只眼,占95.65％ (88/92);术后6个月仅发现0.5级Haze者3只眼,占3.2％ (3/92),余89只眼均为0级,占96.8％ (89/92).结论 LASEK术中隔角膜接触完全复位角膜上皮瓣可简化操作,对促进角膜上皮愈合是安全有效的.
목적 탐토LASEK술중격각막접촉경행상피판복위대상피판수복적영향.방법 대2009년12월지2013년8월재무석시구원안과관찰LASEK수술46례(92지안),상규주정침포제작각막상피판,행격광절삭후용0.02％사렬매소C해면첨복개기질상10～20s,충쇄기질상후류수복위상피판,립즉복개각막접촉경,격각막접촉경진행세치적완전복위,관찰술후각막상피유합、시력급Haze등정황.결과 89지안술후5천상피완전유합,3지안상피유합연지.술후6개월라안시력≥술전최가교정시력자88지안,점95.65％ (88/92);술후6개월부발현0.5급Haze자3지안,점3.2％ (3/92),여89지안균위0급,점96.8％ (89/92).결론 LASEK술중격각막접촉완전복위각막상피판가간화조작,대촉진각막상피유합시안전유효적.
Objective To investigate the effect of epithelia repaired by epithelial flap resetting on corneal lens in LASEK.Methods The recovery of postoperative corneal epithelial healing,vision and HAZE that was treated with LASEK were observed on 46 patients (92 eyes).Cornea was covered with 75％ ethanol,then the matrix was ablated with excimer laser,and then the surface corneal layer was treated with 0.02％ Mitomycin C (MMC) for ten to twenty seconds.Reset the epithelial flap with running water after scouring the matrix,rapidly cover the surface of corneal with the contact lens,and completely reset the flap carefully on top of the contact lens.Results Eighty-nine eyes had complete remission in 5 days while 3 eyes delayed.Eighty-eight eyes (95.65％) were found postoperative UCVA better than preoperative BCVA,only 3 eyes (3.2％) were found 0.5 HAZE while the rest were found no haze 6 months after surgery.Conclusions Complete epithelial flap resetting on corneal lens in LASEK can simplify operating,which is safe and effective in cure for the corneal epithelium.
