以某深基坑工程为例，全面阐述了深基坑位移监测工作的目的、监测网布设与施测、监测数据处理等内容。实践证明该监测方案设计合理、作业方法得当、监测数据及时可靠，对深基坑工程的安全施工具有一定的借鉴意义。

Taking certain deep foundation ditch project as an example, this paper comprehensively expounds the purpose of the displacement monitoring of the deep foundation ditch, the construction and testing of moni-toring network and the data processing of monitoring. It is proved that the monitoring scheme is designed rea-sonably, the operation method is proper and the monitoring data is reliable and timely. It provides an impor-tant basis to ensure the security of the foundation ditch construction.
