目的：探讨我国东南亚边贸民族地区居民中心性肥胖的流行规律、分布特点及其影响因素，为制定相关的预防干预策略提供科学依据。方法2013年采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样的方法，对云南省瑞丽市居住在随机所抽到家庭中的15岁及以上居民进行问卷和体格测量等调查，共调查1614人。结果中心性肥胖率为28．19％，标化肥胖率为27．87％。随着年龄增加，发生中心性肥胖的风险也相应增高；女性高于男性，地区经济发展水平高的居民高于中低经济水平地区居民，汉族高于少数民族。年龄45～59岁（OR ＝2．06）、60岁以上（OR ＝5．16），1 d 内的静态时间在4～8 h （OR ＝1．78）、9 h 及以上（OR ＝2．19）以及体质指数超重（OR ＝18．90）、肥胖（OR ＝388．29）是中心性肥胖的独立危险因素。结论中国东南亚边贸民族地区人群的中心性肥胖问题不容忽视。不同年龄段人群的中心性肥胖各有特点，今后应采取有针对性的人群干预策略，加强对该地区人群的慢性病预防与干预，尤其是经济水平高的地区的老年人和缺乏运动者，以减少与中心性肥胖有关的高血压、冠心病和脑卒中等慢性病的发生。

Objective To explore the prevalence trends and influence factors of central obesity in southeast border trade of ethnics area of Yunnan,and supply scientific evidence for making policies and strategies on central obesity preven-tion and control.Methods In 2013,the residents who were living in Ruili and aged from 15 to 89 years old were enrolled for questionnaire survey by multi-staged random cluster sampling method and physic examination were conducted.Totally 1614 were in this research.Results The rate of central obesity was 28.19%,the standardized rate was 27.87%.Along with the age increased,the central obesity prevalence was increased.The central obesity rates in female,high economic are-a,and the Han ethnics were higher than that of male,middle and low economic area,and the minority,respectively.The group aged 45 -59 (OR =2.06),aged above 60 (OR =5.16),sedentary time in 4 -8 hours of one day (OR =1.78), sedentary time over 9 hours in one day (OR =2.19),over-weight (OR =18.90),and obesity (OR =388.29)were the independent hazard factors of central obesity.Conclusion Central obesity in China Southeast Asia border ethnic region can not be ignored.Its characteristics in different age groups were different.Intervention strategies should be taken in future a-mong targeted populations.Chronic disease health education interventions in Yunnan Province should be enhanced in south-east border trade ethnics area,especially among the elderly in high economic area,and to decrease the occurrence of hyper-tension,coronary disease and stroke which is related with the central obesity.
