目的:了解饮食健康教育对新农村社区居民知识和行为改变的效果。方法对成都市新农村社区居民开展饮食健康教育活动,通过分层随机抽样方法抽取成都市18个农村新型社区的540名居民在干预前和干预后进行问卷调查,对干预前后调查结果进行统计分析。结果通过干预活动,居民饮食健康知识知晓率和健康行为形成率由70.4%提升到79.9%,熟食和生食使用不同的用具以防止交叉污染的比例由干预前的36.2%提高到62.9%,凉拌菜现拌现吃的比例由干预前的81.7%提高到92.6%,正确洗手的比例由干预前的68.9%提高到78.2%,干预前后差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论饮食健康教育是提高新农村社区居民饮食健康知识和改善饮食健康行为的有效途径之一。

Objective To understand the effect of dietary health education for residents knowledge and behavior change.Methods Health education interventions were implemented in new type rural community of Chengdu.A question-naire about healthy diet knowledge was used in 18 rural communities of Chengdu.540 residents were selected by stratified random sampling method before and after the intervention,and then a statistical analysis was used data analysis.Results After intervention,the rate of correct health knowledge and health behavior were increased from 70.4% to 79.9%.The rate of using different tools for cooked food and raw food was increased from 36.2% to 62.9%,the rate of salad eating after mix-ing immediately was increased from 81.7% to 92.6%,the rate of washing their hands properly was increased from 68.9%to 78.2%,the difference before and after the intervention were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The diet-ary health education was one of the effective ways to improve health knowledge and behavior of residents in new type rural community.
