目的:探讨青少年男子划艇运动员肩关节屈伸肌群等速肌力特征,诊断肩关节屈伸肌群以及两侧肩关节同名肌群肌力均衡性,为运动员的力量训练提供参考。方法:采用美国产CYBEX-NORM型等速测试仪对19名男子划艇运动员肩关节进行等速屈伸测试。测试速度为60°/s 和300°/s。结果:肩关节伸肌群的峰力矩大于屈肌群;屈伸肌群峰力矩比率的平均值在40%-55%之间;左右侧肩关节伸肌群峰力矩差值百分比的均值为12%,屈肌群峰力矩差值百分比的均值为25%。结论:划艇运动员肩关节伸肌群的肌力水平高于屈肌群;划艇运动员肩关节屈伸肌群肌力不均衡,屈肌群肌力偏弱;大部分划艇队员两侧肩关节屈肌群和两侧肩关节伸肌群存在肌力失衡状况,两侧肩关节屈肌群肌力失衡程度大于伸肌群。

목적:탐토청소년남자화정운동원견관절굴신기군등속기력특정,진단견관절굴신기군이급량측견관절동명기군기력균형성,위운동원적역량훈련제공삼고。방법:채용미국산CYBEX-NORM형등속측시의대19명남자화정운동원견관절진행등속굴신측시。측시속도위60°/s 화300°/s。결과:견관절신기군적봉력구대우굴기군;굴신기군봉력구비솔적평균치재40%-55%지간;좌우측견관절신기군봉력구차치백분비적균치위12%,굴기군봉력구차치백분비적균치위25%。결론:화정운동원견관절신기군적기력수평고우굴기군;화정운동원견관절굴신기군기력불균형,굴기군기력편약;대부분화정대원량측견관절굴기군화량측견관절신기군존재기력실형상황,량측견관절굴기군기력실형정도대우신기군。
Objective: The aim of this study was to establish the isokinetic profile of flexors and extensors muscle strength at shoulder joint in elite male outrigger canoe paddlers, diagnose the balance between the flexors and extensors and the symmetry between the same muscles, providing the reference for the strength training for outrigger canoe paddlers. Methods: Nineteen elite male outrigger canoe paddlers performed isokinetic concentric flexion and extension strength tests of the shoulder joint on the Cybex-norm isokinetic dynamometer. Results: The relative peak torque of extensors was bigger than flexors. The mean peak torque ratio of flexor to extensor at shoulder joint ranged from 40% to 55%. The bilateral strength asymmetry was more than 10% at flexors and extensors. Conclusion: The muscle strength of extensor at shoulder joint was stronger than flexor. The muscle strength between extensor and flexor was imbalance. The flexor muscle strength at shoulder joint was a little weak. The muscle imbalance phenomenon existed on the same extensors and flexors at shoulder joint.
