目的：通过比较超声乳化手术与小切口非超声乳化手术治疗白内障临床疗效及安全性,从而为临床白内障治疗提供更优选择。 　　方法：按照手术方式不同将本次收治的98例单纯性老年白内障患者分组为对照组与治疗组,各49例。对照组采用超声乳化手术治疗,治疗组采用小切口非超声乳化术治疗。比较两组手术前后各时间段视力和角膜平均散光值、平均手术时间、并发症。 　　结果：两组患者术后3 mo 角膜散光值与术前比较, P>0.05；其他时段视力和角膜散光值明显优于手术前( P<0.05)。两组患者手术时间和术后不同时间段平均视力及角膜散光值、并发症比较,P>0.05。当晶状体核硬度为Ⅰ~Ⅲ级时,两组角膜内皮细胞计数比较,P>0.05；当晶状体核硬度为Ⅳ~Ⅴ级时,两组角膜内皮细胞计数比较, P<0.05。 　　结论：相比超声乳化手术来说,临床采用小切口非超声乳化手术治疗白内障效果与其相当,但临床需根据白内障患者核硬度实际情况来选择合适手术治疗,以提高临床疗效。
목적：통과비교초성유화수술여소절구비초성유화수술치료백내장림상료효급안전성,종이위림상백내장치료제공경우선택。 　　방법：안조수술방식불동장본차수치적98례단순성노년백내장환자분조위대조조여치료조,각49례。대조조채용초성유화수술치료,치료조채용소절구비초성유화술치료。비교량조수술전후각시간단시력화각막평균산광치、평균수술시간、병발증。 　　결과：량조환자술후3 mo 각막산광치여술전비교, P>0.05；기타시단시력화각막산광치명현우우수술전( P<0.05)。량조환자수술시간화술후불동시간단평균시력급각막산광치、병발증비교,P>0.05。당정상체핵경도위Ⅰ~Ⅲ급시,량조각막내피세포계수비교,P>0.05；당정상체핵경도위Ⅳ~Ⅴ급시,량조각막내피세포계수비교, P<0.05。 　　결론：상비초성유화수술래설,림상채용소절구비초성유화수술치료백내장효과여기상당,단림상수근거백내장환자핵경도실제정황래선택합괄수술치료,이제고림상료효。
AIM: To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of phacoemulsification and small incision non -phacoemulsification cataract surgery, and provide better options for clinical cataract treatment. METHODS: According to the different operation methods, 98 cases of simple senile cataract patients in our hospital were divided into control group and treatment group, 49 cases in each. The control group received ultrasonic emulsification operation treatment; treatment group were treated by small incision non -phacoemulsification. Visual acuity, astigmatism values, average operation time, and complications were compared between two groups before and after operation. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in preoperative corneal astigmatism values of two groups at 3mo between two groups (P>0. 05). On other times, vision and corneal astigmatism were obviously better than those before operation (P<0. 05). The average vision, corneal astigmatism values and complications incidence of two group at operation time and different postoperative time had no statistical difference (P>0. 05). When the lens nucleus hardness was at Ⅰ~Ⅲ level, corneal endothelial cell count of two groups had no significant difference ( P>0.05). When the lens nucleus hardness was at Ⅳ ~ Ⅴlevel, there was statistical difference (P<0. 05). CONCLUSION: Small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery has the similarly efficacy compared with phacoemulsification. It should be based on the actual situation of the hardness of nuclear to select the appropriate surgical treatment.
