目的:对比分析所创新构建的“健身类‘应用型人才培养’课程教学实践体系”在培养健身指导员应用型人才中的作用与意义。方法:采用文献资料分析、问卷调查、随机分组的教学实验和对比研究等方法。结果:“健身类‘应用型人才培养’课程教学实践体系”能更好的增强学生学习兴趣和学习积极性;能更好地提高学生领操、教学指导带实习能力,能培养学生的创新能力和组织管理能力,以更好适应未来的健身指导工作。结论:“健身类‘应用型人才培养’课程教学实践体系”在有效提高学生学习积极性、领操、教学指导带实习能力及创新能力等方面都比“常规教学”更具优势。

목적:대비분석소창신구건적“건신류‘응용형인재배양’과정교학실천체계”재배양건신지도원응용형인재중적작용여의의。방법:채용문헌자료분석、문권조사、수궤분조적교학실험화대비연구등방법。결과:“건신류‘응용형인재배양’과정교학실천체계”능경호적증강학생학습흥취화학습적겁성;능경호지제고학생령조、교학지도대실습능력,능배양학생적창신능력화조직관리능력,이경호괄응미래적건신지도공작。결론:“건신류‘응용형인재배양’과정교학실천체계”재유효제고학생학습적겁성、령조、교학지도대실습능력급창신능력등방면도비“상규교학”경구우세。
Objective: comparative analysis of the innovation and construction of the "fitness' of training applied talents' teaching practice system" in the cultivation of applied talents of fitness instructor in the role and significance. Methods: by using the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire, and teaching experiment and randomized comparative study. Results:the 'Fitness' of training applied talents' practical teaching course system "can better enhance the students learning interest and enthusiasm in learning; can improve the student lingcao, teaching instruction with practice ability, to cultivate students' innovation ability and management ability, to better adapt to future fitness guidance. Conclusion:the 'Fitness' of training applied talents' practice teaching course system"in improving the students' learning enthusiasm and lead the gymnastics, teaching guidance with practice ability and innovation ability and other aspects than the routine teaching" more advantage.
