目的：回顾分析玻璃体切割全视网膜光凝术联合 Ahmed阀植入治疗新生血管性青光眼的疗效。<br> 方法：新生血管性青光眼15例15眼,行玻璃体切割术、全视网膜光凝术、Ahmed阀植入,合并的白内障同时超声乳化吸除,术后随访12~36mo,观察手术前后视力、眼压改变、新生血管消退情况和并发症等。<br> 结果：术后15眼中10眼视力不同程度提高。术后1,6,12 mo眼压与术前眼压的差异均具有统计学意义( P<0.01)。术后虹膜新生血管消退。无严重并发症。<br> 结论：玻璃体切割全视网膜光凝术联合Ahmed阀植入能有效治疗新生血管性青光眼。
目的：迴顧分析玻璃體切割全視網膜光凝術聯閤 Ahmed閥植入治療新生血管性青光眼的療效。<br> 方法：新生血管性青光眼15例15眼,行玻璃體切割術、全視網膜光凝術、Ahmed閥植入,閤併的白內障同時超聲乳化吸除,術後隨訪12~36mo,觀察手術前後視力、眼壓改變、新生血管消退情況和併髮癥等。<br> 結果：術後15眼中10眼視力不同程度提高。術後1,6,12 mo眼壓與術前眼壓的差異均具有統計學意義( P<0.01)。術後虹膜新生血管消退。無嚴重併髮癥。<br> 結論：玻璃體切割全視網膜光凝術聯閤Ahmed閥植入能有效治療新生血管性青光眼。
목적：회고분석파리체절할전시망막광응술연합 Ahmed벌식입치료신생혈관성청광안적료효。<br> 방법：신생혈관성청광안15례15안,행파리체절할술、전시망막광응술、Ahmed벌식입,합병적백내장동시초성유화흡제,술후수방12~36mo,관찰수술전후시력、안압개변、신생혈관소퇴정황화병발증등。<br> 결과：술후15안중10안시력불동정도제고。술후1,6,12 mo안압여술전안압적차이균구유통계학의의( P<0.01)。술후홍막신생혈관소퇴。무엄중병발증。<br> 결론：파리체절할전시망막광응술연합Ahmed벌식입능유효치료신생혈관성청광안。
AIM: To evaluate the efficacy of vitrectomy and pan-retinal photocoagulation followed with Ahmed implantation in management of neovascular glaucoma ( NVG) retrospectively. <br> METHODS: Vitrectomy combined with pan retinal photocoagulation and Ahmed implantation was performed on 15 cases ( 15 eyes ) with NVG. All patients were followed up for 12 ~ 36mo. The change of intraocular pressure (IOP), visual acuity, neovascularization of iris, complications were observed. <br> RESULTS: The visual acuity of 10 eyes was improved postoperative. IOP of postoperative 1, 6 and 12mo were decreased significantly compared with preoperative ( P<0.01 ) . Neovascularization of iris was reduced dramatically. No serious complications occurred. <br> CONCLUSION: Vitrectomy combined with pan retinal photocoagulation followed Ahmed implantation can manage NVG effectively.
