Education is the individual and its core elements such as culture ,knowledge and value system ,under the joint action of through the individual of the quality process to influence ,to reach the education function. This paper , takes case as Zhejiang Institute of Communications ,analysis the cultivation of the inner mechanism of cultivating the Pi-lots ,summed up CMIA model of Care-Mentor-Internalize-Activate.
