为保障乳制品的质量,保证其在冷链物流过程中的安全性,辅助乳制品冷链物流安全风险控制,根据乳制品企业实际调研情况,分析了乳制品冷链物流系统的构成。从系统可靠性角度出发,构建GO -FLOW图,根据乳制品各环节不同的温度需求,设定该系统各环节的参数,运用GO -FLOW法对乳制品冷链物流系统进行了安全性评价。根据评价结果,对系统各环节的可靠性和故障率进行分析,找出了影响系统安全性的关键环节并提出了实际解决思路。结果表明,乳制品冷链物流过程中事故率和损耗率最高的系统单元是冷藏运输环节,其次是装车出库和短途卸车环节,可通过压缩这些环节的作业时间,避免“断链”现象的发生,提高系统安全性。

To guarantee the security of dairy products and facilitate the risk control of dairy cold chain logistics sys-tem ,based on the detailed investigations and actual research in dairy enterprises , the operating process of dairy cold chain logistics is analyzed in detail. From the point view of system reliability ,the security and risk of dairy cold chain lo-gistics system are analyzed and evaluated by the method GO -FLOW. Then the GO -FLOW program is operated. The reliability of links and fault rate of the dairy cold chain logistics system are analyzed . At last ,the key links affecting the security of the system are found out. And the actual thought to deal with is put forward. The results show that the system unit in dairy cold chain logistics process with the highest accident and loss rate is refrigerated transport links ,followed by a short loading and unloading the library links. To avoid the” missing link”phenomenon occurrence and improve system security ,the operating time of these links should be compressed .
