针对测量船振动诱发设备故障频发的现象,提出一种基于性能优良的振动传感器和成熟的信号处理分析技术的振动测试系统的设计思路和实现方法。通过对采取减振措施前后测量船主机燃油高压油管及缓冲器进行的测试比较分析,提出相应的减振方案,为主机燃油系统的使用和后期改造提供参考依据,同时验证振动测试系统的可靠性。

According to the phenomenon of vibration evoked frequent troubles on the measurement ship, a vibration testing system is designed and implemented based on the vibration sensor with excellent performance and the technique of signal analyses. Some suggests are proposed to be used in damping, by which comparing to the test data between damping cross-reference, based on high-pressure fuel pipes of the marine main engine and buffers. It can afford basement for maintenance and reconstruction about the marine main engine fuel oil pipe. At the same time test results show that the system is reliable.
