针对某综合训练船的压载水系统采用人员调整时效率低、战时操作可靠性低等缺点,提出综合利用该船的液位、倾角等传感器参数,在压载水系统中加入负反馈以实现船舶浮态自动控制系统。针对大型舰船在配载时依据船舶静力学计算的压载水调驳理论需求量与实际需求量误差较大的缺点,提出在调驳方案确定后采用PI辅助控制策略。基于交互图形编程语言设计开发了控制系统实时交互界面。通过验证分析,表明本系统设计基本合理,交互界面友好,控制性能较好,为该系统装备实船提供了理论依据。

The operation of the ballast system was inefficient and low reliability at wartime. To overcome these shortcomings, a ship floating-state self-adjusting system with a negative feedback was proposed, in which the parameters of the ship liquid level sensor and obliquity sensor were used integrated. Considering the big difference between the theoretical requirements based on the ship static theory and the actual requirements of the ballast water in a big ship stowing system, an auxiliary PI control strategy of the stowing scheme was proposed. The interface of the ballast system was developed based on the visual graph. The computer simulation results show that the floating-state self-adjusting system with a friendly interface is designed logically and has good control performance, providing a theoretical basis for the installation of the system to the ship.
