目的：：探讨综合 ICU 冠心病介入治疗术后患者的护理方法。方法：对2012年1月~2013年10月我院心内科行冠心病介入治疗术后进入综合 ICU 的228例患者的护理特点和重点操作内容等方法进行分析和总结。结果：228例冠心病介入治疗术后进入 ICU 的患者均接受了有较强针对性的加强护理,在 ICU 的观察时间为8~24 h,有8例出现较轻的心律失常,1例局部出现小血肿,1例出现血管迷走反射,均顺利转出ICU。结论：冠心病介入治疗术后在综合 ICU 给予有针对性的加强护理,既能减轻患者痛苦,又能减少并发症,提高手术的安全性和成功率。
目的：：探討綜閤 ICU 冠心病介入治療術後患者的護理方法。方法：對2012年1月~2013年10月我院心內科行冠心病介入治療術後進入綜閤 ICU 的228例患者的護理特點和重點操作內容等方法進行分析和總結。結果：228例冠心病介入治療術後進入 ICU 的患者均接受瞭有較彊針對性的加彊護理,在 ICU 的觀察時間為8~24 h,有8例齣現較輕的心律失常,1例跼部齣現小血腫,1例齣現血管迷走反射,均順利轉齣ICU。結論：冠心病介入治療術後在綜閤 ICU 給予有針對性的加彊護理,既能減輕患者痛苦,又能減少併髮癥,提高手術的安全性和成功率。
목적：：탐토종합 ICU 관심병개입치료술후환자적호리방법。방법：대2012년1월~2013년10월아원심내과행관심병개입치료술후진입종합 ICU 적228례환자적호리특점화중점조작내용등방법진행분석화총결。결과：228례관심병개입치료술후진입 ICU 적환자균접수료유교강침대성적가강호리,재 ICU 적관찰시간위8~24 h,유8례출현교경적심률실상,1례국부출현소혈종,1례출현혈관미주반사,균순리전출ICU。결론：관심병개입치료술후재종합 ICU 급여유침대성적가강호리,기능감경환자통고,우능감소병발증,제고수술적안전성화성공솔。
Objective:To explore the of nursing for post - operative patients with coronary disease who received interventional therapy in ICU. Methods:Ana-lyzed and summarized the nursing in ICU for 228 patients with coronary disease who received interventional therapy from cardiology department in our hospi-tal. Results:All the patients were given pertinent intensive cares. After 8 - 24 hours of observation and intensive care,8 petients developed arrhythmia,1 pe-tient developed small subcutaneous haematomas,2 petients developed vasovagal reflex. All the patients were transferred out of ICU without any nursing relat-ed complications. Conclusion:Pertinent intensive nursing in ICU for post - operative patients with coronary disease who received interventional therapy could relieve the patients′ pain,decrease the complications and improve the safety and success rate of interventional therapy.
