Based on the developing status of rural agricultural machinery training under the condition of market-oriented economy currently, , this paper deeply analyzed the problems existing in agricultural machinery training at this stage, according to the specific requirements of agricultural machinery training, this paper focused on analyzing the reform content and reform direction of agricultural machinery training , trying to improve agricultural machinery training to strengthen the reform of agricultural machinery training ,improve agricultural productivity comprehensively and promote the development of rural economy.
