随着我国互联网的普及和人们生活水平的提高，网络购物以其快捷方便等特点受到消费者特别是年轻消费群体的欢迎。网络购物虽然具备很多优势和广阔的市场前景，但是也存在着很多风险。该文简单阐述了网络购物中所存在的几种风险，并进一步分析了我国网购消费者权益保护的立法现状和存在的问题，最后提出了几点应对策略。

With the popularization and improvement of living standards in our country, online shopping, due to its quick and convenient service, has become popular among the consumers, eapecially among the young consumers. In spite of many advantages and broad market prospect, online shopping is faced with lots of risks. This paper analyzes some categories of online shopping risks. Consequently, it makes an analysis of our country’s current situation and problems in the legislation in terms of protecting consumers ’ rights and interests.Finally, it correspondingly proposes some countermeasures.
