针对船用离心泵可靠性试验需时过长,被试件多,难以满足工程实际需要的问题,本文提出船用离心泵可靠性强化试验与序贯寿命抽样试验相结合的试验方法。在对船用离心泵失效机理分析的基础上,拟定棕刚玉砂为强化因子对其进行可靠性强化试验;同时提出可靠性验证试验采用截尾序贯试验方案进行,并给出此方法的理论依据、失效判据,绘制了判决图表。

In the reliability life test of marine centrifugal pump, testing time usually is very long and many elements need to be tested. In order to solve these problems, a new experimental method combined the sequential sampling and strengthening reliability test is presented. Through analyzing the failure mechanism of the pumps, abrasive working media was adopted as the accelerated factor of reliability to enhance testing while keep the failure mechanism unchanged. According to the failure characteristics and working conditions, a test plan of the pumps was proposed by adopting sequential sampling test. In the article, theoretical bases of the new testing method, failure criterion, drawing decision diagram and their application are given.
