基于断裂力学理论和有限元分析,研究T型接头横向埋藏裂纹扩展特性,实现了双向拉伸载荷作用下T型接头横向埋藏裂纹扩展形状变化的数值模拟。结果表明:T型接头横向埋藏裂纹扩展至结构表面时的形状为近圆形,与裂纹埋藏位置和初始形状无关;埋藏于焊趾端部板材中的裂纹扩展快于埋藏于焊缝中的裂纹扩展。
基于斷裂力學理論和有限元分析,研究T型接頭橫嚮埋藏裂紋擴展特性,實現瞭雙嚮拉伸載荷作用下T型接頭橫嚮埋藏裂紋擴展形狀變化的數值模擬。結果錶明:T型接頭橫嚮埋藏裂紋擴展至結構錶麵時的形狀為近圓形,與裂紋埋藏位置和初始形狀無關;埋藏于銲趾耑部闆材中的裂紋擴展快于埋藏于銲縫中的裂紋擴展。

This paper has investigated the transverse embedded crack propagation behavior of T welded joint based on fracture theory and finite element analysis. Numerical simulation of embedded crack propagation shape change under biaxial tension load has been established. The results show that the T welded joint transverse embedded crack shapes change into near circular crack with regardless of embedded location and initial crack shape. The propagation rate of crack embedded in plate beneath the weld toe is faster than that embedded in weld.
