以调距桨调距机构为研究对象,采用低副原理、功能原理、基点法等建立曲柄连杆、曲柄滑块和曲柄销槽3种典型调距机构机械效率及灵敏度的数学模型。结合实例计算,对比分析3种机构的机械效率及灵敏度特性。利用UG软件建立3种调距机构的三维模型,并对模型进行动力学仿真,仿真结果验证了数学模型的准确性。对比研究3种机构可为调距桨调距机构选型设计提供一定的理论参考。

Taking the hub mechanism of controllable pitch propeller ( CPP) as the study object, the paper established the mathematical models of the mechanical efficiency and sensitivity for crank-connecting rod mechanism, crank-slider mechanism and crank-guide groove mechanism by the low-pair theory, the function theory, the basic point method and so on, and made a comparative analysis of the mechanical efficiency and sensitivity characteristics of three mechanisms with example calculations. In addition, the three-dimensional models of three hub mechanisms were built by UG, the dynamic simulation results of the 3D models proved that the mathematical models work very well. The results of the comparative study between three mechanisms can provide theoretical references to the design and selection of the hub mechanism of CPP.
