目的：：探讨穴位电刺激和穴位注射防治痔切除术后尿潴留的临床效果。方法：将200例痔术后发生尿潴留的患者随机等分为试验组和对照组，试验组采用中极穴注射新斯的明0.5 mg 和电刺激膀胱俞、三阴交穴位解除尿潴留；对照组采用传统护理方法(听流水声、局部热敷、温水冲洗外阴等)解除尿潴留，比较两组患者的疗效。结果：试验组显效69例，有效24例；对照组显效23例，有效22例，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论：穴位注射配合电刺激是治疗和预防痔切除术后尿潴留是一种简单而行之有效的方法。
목적：：탐토혈위전자격화혈위주사방치치절제술후뇨저류적림상효과。방법：장200례치술후발생뇨저류적환자수궤등분위시험조화대조조，시험조채용중겁혈주사신사적명0.5 mg 화전자격방광유、삼음교혈위해제뇨저류；대조조채용전통호리방법(은류수성、국부열부、온수충세외음등)해제뇨저류，비교량조환자적료효。결과：시험조현효69례，유효24례；대조조현효23례，유효22례，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론：혈위주사배합전자격시치료화예방치절제술후뇨저류시일충간단이행지유효적방법。
Objective:To discuss the effect of acupoint electric stimulation and injection therapy for urinary retention after hemorrhoids resection. Methods:200 cases of hemorrhoid postoperative urinary retention patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group re-move urinary retention by the injection of Zhongji hole with neostigmine 0. 5 mg and the electrical stimulation treatment of Pangguang shu,Sanyinjiao. The control group used the traditional nursing method (for example,listening to the sound of water,local hot compress,warm water rinse vulva,etc. ). Compareol the curative effect of two groups. Results:In experimental group,69 cases were improved,24 cases were effective. In control group,23 cases were markedly improved,22 were effective,the difference was statistically significant between two groups. Conclusion:Acupoint electric stimulation and injection therapy is the simple and effective method for the treatment and prevention of urinary retention after hemorrhoidectomy.
