目的本研究主要就不明原因发热患者肺外结核与病毒感染的临床特征展开分析探讨,为此类患者的临床治疗提供参考.方法选择我院2012年4月-2013年4月所收治的70例肺外结核患者作为观察组,另选50例病毒感染患者作为对照组,比较两组患者的实验室检测结果.结果两组患者的降钙素原(PCT)、补体C3(C3)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)存在一定差异,具有可比性,但不具备统计学意义(P＞0.05).两组患者的病程、外周血细胞水平(WBC)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)存在明显差异,具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论在对不明因素致发热患者进行临床诊断时,肺外结核患者与病毒感染患者的WBC、LDH、ADA等临床特征存在一定差异,可以将其作为肺外结核与病毒感染的鉴别以及诊断的依据之一,在临床治疗中值得大力推广及使用.

Objective To explore clinical characteristics of fever patients with extrapulmonary tuberculosis and viral infection caused by unknown factors,which provided reference for the clinical treatment of such patients.Methods 70 cases were collected in our hospital from 2012 April to 2013 April as the observation group,and another 50 patients with virus infection were collected as control group.The detection results were compared between the two groups of laboratory and analyzed.Results Procalcitonin (PCT),complement C3 (C3),c-reactive protein (CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) were detected and the results were compared.there was certain difference,but no statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05).The course of disease,the level of WBC,lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),adenosine deaminase (ADA) in peripheral blood of two groups were compared and there was statistically significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions For clinical diagnosis of unknown factors induced fever in patients,WBC,LDH,ADA were acted as important reference factors.
