目的研究HIV感染者口腔HHV感染与免疫指标的相关性.方法采用回顾性研究方法,选择2013年5月到2014年2月之间来我院进行艾滋病治疗的患者245例,其中男154例、女91例,年龄28 ～ 68岁,平均年龄(37.5±1.4)岁,病程1-4年,平均病程(1.6±0.4)年.利用PCR方法对245例HIV感染者唾液疱疹病毒1～4型即HSV-1、HSV-2、VZV和EBV DNA的存在情况进行检测,并分析检出率与CD4细胞的关系.结果经PCR检测后,CD4小于200个饥l时比CD4在200～399个/μl期间和CD4大于400个/μl患者更容易检测到HSV-1、VZV、EBV,CD4在200 ～ 399个/μl期间比大于CD4大于400个/μl的患者唾液中4种病毒的检出率高.结论 CD4细胞个数与免疫指标存在密切相关性.

Objective To study the relationship between HIV infection of oral HHV infection and immunity effect of the index.Methods 245 cases of AIDS treatment of patients were selected as research objects from 2013 May to 2014 February in our hospital using retrospective study method,including male 154 cases,female 91 cases,age 28 ～ 68 years old,the average age of (37.5 + 1.4),the course of 1-4 years,the average duration of (1.6 + 0.4) years.HSV-1,HSV-2,VZV and EBV DNA were detected by PCR method and analyzed the relationship between the detection rate and CD4 cells.Results After the examination of PCR,HSV-1,VZV,EBV were higher positive rate for CD4 was less than 200/L than CD4 was 200 ～ 399 / L and CD4 was more than 400 / L.Conclusions CD4 was closely related to the number of existing interval and the immune index.
