目的：：探讨品管圈活动在提高病人行宫腔镜电切术术前米索前列醇阴道上药后宫颈扩张有效率的效果。方法：在品管圈活动前，针对68例宫腔镜电切术病人术前米索前列醇阴道上药后宫颈扩张不良的情况进行现状调查，从原因中找出整改措施，并按品管圈程序开展对策实施及效果评价。结果：米索前列醇阴道上药后宫颈扩张有效率由实施品管圈活动前的73.53%提高至活动后的97.14%，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。组员综合能力得到提高。结论：正确运用品管圈质量改进工具可提高宫腔镜电切术病人术前米索前列醇阴道上药后宫颈扩张有效率，增强了圈员的团队精神和质量管理能力。
목적：：탐토품관권활동재제고병인행궁강경전절술술전미색전렬순음도상약후궁경확장유효솔적효과。방법：재품관권활동전，침대68례궁강경전절술병인술전미색전렬순음도상약후궁경확장불량적정황진행현상조사，종원인중조출정개조시，병안품관권정서개전대책실시급효과평개。결과：미색전렬순음도상약후궁경확장유효솔유실시품관권활동전적73.53%제고지활동후적97.14%，차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。조원종합능력득도제고。결론：정학운용품관권질량개진공구가제고궁강경전절술병인술전미색전렬순음도상약후궁경확장유효솔，증강료권원적단대정신화질량관리능력。
Objective:To study the effective of quality control circle (QCC) using on patients who need misoprostol before transcervical resection. Methods:First,find out the reasons of failure in dilatation of the cervix by using misoprostol,and then excogitate the rectification measures,and used QCC to practise and assess the effect. Results:After QCC the effective rate of dilatation of the cervix by using misoprosto was raising from 73. 53% to 97. 14% ,the differ-ences were statistically significant (P < 0. 05). The staffs′ comprehensive capacities were raised in 7 items. Conclusion:Using the QCC appropriately can raise the effective rate of dilatation of the cervix by misoprostol, enhance the team work and the staffs′ ability of quality control. QCC is worth to be popular-ized in the clinical work.
