Identification%Group identification%Submariners
目的：编制“潜艇艇员群体认同问卷”，以为评估潜艇艇员群体认同提供借鉴工具。方法：以482名潜艇艇员为被试，通过相关分析、结构方程建模等统计分析和编程方法，对“潜艇艇员群体认同问卷”的质量各指标进行了分析。结果：问卷的项目通俗性在0．573～0．707之间，平均值为0．662，标准差为0．042；项目区分度在0．398～0．764之间，平均值为0．643，标准差为0．083；问卷Cronbach＇s信度系数为0．963，Spearman －Brown分半信度r＝0．942，重测信度r＝0．853；校标效度r＝0．732，结构效度各拟合指数为χ2＝1300．71，df＝660，χ2／df＝1．97，CFI＝0．98，NNFI＝0．98，RMSEA＝0．058。结论：潜艇艇员群体认同在结构上是由身份性、同质性、自评、他评、积极情绪、依恋6个因子构成的二阶模型；自编“潜艇艇员群体认同问卷”具有较好的信度、效度、区分度和通俗性水平，可以作为测量潜艇艇员群体认同的工具。

Objective:To develop the submariners'group identification questionnaire so as to provide a tool used for referenceto measure submariners'group identification .Methods:Totally 482 submariners were investigated by using the submariners'group identification questionnaire , and quality indices of the questionnaire wereanalyzedby using methods such as correlation analysis and structural equation model -ing.Results:Quality parameters of the questionnaire were as follows:Item popularity level was between 0.573~0.707,with Mean of 0.662 and Standard Deviation of 0.042; Item discrimination was between 0.398~0.764,with mean of 0.643 and standard deviation of 0.083; Cronbach's Alpha reliability was 0.963.Spearman-Brownsplit-half reliability was 0.942.Test-retest reliability was 0.853;Criterion-related validity was 0 .732 .Fit indices of structural validity were as follows:χ2 =1300 .71 ,df=660 ,χ2/df=1.97,CFI=0.98,NNFI=0.98,RMSEA=0.058.Conclusion: Submariners'group identification is a 2-step model which consist of 6 factors,which respectively areidentity ,similarity,self-assessment ,other-assessment,positive emotion,and attachment;Self-developed submariners'group identification ques-tionnaire has a good reliability ,validity,item discrimination,and item popularity level ,and it can be used as a tool of measuring submariners'group identification .
