为解决在高温酸雨等腐蚀环境下,电力机车在运行过程中,车顶碳钢部件锈蚀的问题,以受电弓角为研究对象,研究碳钢表面电镀锌镍合金的处理方式的耐腐蚀能力。通过试验分析表明,碳钢表面电镀锌镍的处理方式,部件耐腐蚀性能大大优于传统镀锌的方式。
為解決在高溫痠雨等腐蝕環境下,電力機車在運行過程中,車頂碳鋼部件鏽蝕的問題,以受電弓角為研究對象,研究碳鋼錶麵電鍍鋅鎳閤金的處理方式的耐腐蝕能力。通過試驗分析錶明,碳鋼錶麵電鍍鋅鎳的處理方式,部件耐腐蝕性能大大優于傳統鍍鋅的方式。

In order to solve the the corruption of carbon steel roof parts made under the corrosive circumstance like high temperature , acid rain and otherwise in the process of operation,, this paper, took pantograph horn as the research object,it study the anti-corruption of carbon steel parts which were electroplated with nickel and zinc on the surface . The anti-corruption of the parts were greatly stronger than the parts which are processed with traditional galvanization.
