目的：：分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病发作期患者的心理疏导程度需求。方法：选取我院自2012年10月~2014年10月收治的90例慢性阻塞性肺疾病发作期患者作为研究对象，采用我院自行设计的患者心理疏导程度需求调查表进行调查，评定其心理需求及心理状态，制定有针对性的心理护理对策。结果：该组患者中有90例对治疗效果需要了解，占100.00%；80例对疾病知识需要了解，占88.89%；71例渴望在治疗之前得到专业指导，占78.89%；58例需要了解治疗过程，占64.44%；45例需要了解治疗后的康复过程，占50.00%；39例需要了解相关治疗病例的经验，占43.33%；有其他内容需要了解的31例，占34.44%。结论：充分了解慢性阻塞性肺疾病发作期患者的心理需求，对患者心理状态进行分析，通过实施有针对性的心理护理以满足老年患者的心理需求。

목적：：분석만성조새성폐질병발작기환자적심리소도정도수구。방법：선취아원자2012년10월~2014년10월수치적90례만성조새성폐질병발작기환자작위연구대상，채용아원자행설계적환자심리소도정도수구조사표진행조사，평정기심리수구급심리상태，제정유침대성적심리호리대책。결과：해조환자중유90례대치료효과수요료해，점100.00%；80례대질병지식수요료해，점88.89%；71례갈망재치료지전득도전업지도，점78.89%；58례수요료해치료과정，점64.44%；45례수요료해치료후적강복과정，점50.00%；39례수요료해상관치료병례적경험，점43.33%；유기타내용수요료해적31례，점34.44%。결론：충분료해만성조새성폐질병발작기환자적심리수구，대환자심리상태진행분석，통과실시유침대성적심리호리이만족노년환자적심리수구。
Objective:To probe into and analyze psychological state of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease episodes and the degree of psycho-logical counseling needs investigation. Results:Selected our hospital from October 2012 to October 2014 90 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary dis-ease episodes as the research objects,used our self - designed psychological counseling of patients with demand investigation,assess the psychological de-mand and psychological state,to develop targeted psychological nursing countermeasures. Methods:This group of patients with 90 cases of treatment need to know,accounted for 100. 00% ,80 cases of the disease need to understand knowledge,and accounted for 88. 89% ,71 cases of desire to get professional ad-vice before treatment,accounted for 78. 89% ,58 cases need to understand the treatment process,accounting for 64. 44% ,45cases need to be aware of the re-habilitation process of the treatment,accounted for 50. 00% ,39 cases need to understand the relevant treatment experience,accounted for 43. 33% ,have other content need to know about 31 cases,accounting for 34. 44% . Conclusion:Fully understand the psychological needs of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease episodes, analyze the patients psychological status,through the implementation of targeted psychological nursing to meet the psychological needs of elderly patients with.
