目的：：探讨肿瘤化疗患者 PICC 置管后并发相关深静脉血栓的原因。方法：对2012年8月~2013年5月在我科住院186例 PICC 置管的肿瘤化疗患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结与分析。结果：本组 PICC 置管患者共发生3例深静脉血栓,1例经处理后带管直至化疗结束,2例确诊后拔除导管。结论：肿瘤化疗患者 PICC 相关性深静脉血栓的发生与患者自身特点、PICC 导管因素、药物因素、医护人员因素及社会支持系统等因素相关。
目的：：探討腫瘤化療患者 PICC 置管後併髮相關深靜脈血栓的原因。方法：對2012年8月~2013年5月在我科住院186例 PICC 置管的腫瘤化療患者的臨床資料進行迴顧性總結與分析。結果：本組 PICC 置管患者共髮生3例深靜脈血栓,1例經處理後帶管直至化療結束,2例確診後拔除導管。結論：腫瘤化療患者 PICC 相關性深靜脈血栓的髮生與患者自身特點、PICC 導管因素、藥物因素、醫護人員因素及社會支持繫統等因素相關。
목적：：탐토종류화료환자 PICC 치관후병발상관심정맥혈전적원인。방법：대2012년8월~2013년5월재아과주원186례 PICC 치관적종류화료환자적림상자료진행회고성총결여분석。결과：본조 PICC 치관환자공발생3례심정맥혈전,1례경처리후대관직지화료결속,2례학진후발제도관。결론：종류화료환자 PICC 상관성심정맥혈전적발생여환자자신특점、PICC 도관인소、약물인소、의호인원인소급사회지지계통등인소상관。
Objective:To explore the causes of DVT concurrent with PICC placement of catheters for cancer patients treated with chemotherapy. Methods:186 cancer patients ever treated with chemotherapy in our department during the period of August 2010 to May 2013 were enrolled and analysed. Results:In this group,3 patients developed DVT,1 patient kept the catheter through the period of chemotherapy,while the other two patients removed the catheters after confirmations. Conclusion:The causes of DVT concurrent with PICC placement of catheters for cancer patients treated with chemotherapy were related with the aspects of patients,PICC catheter,drugs,medical workers and social support systems etc.
