目的::探讨微信群的使用对提高实习护生评判性思维能力的影响。方法:选取我院2012年1月~2013年3月60名实习护生为研究对象,随机分成试验组和对照组,对照组护生使用传统带教模式;试验组护生在传统带教模式的基础上运用教学微信群进行信息分享。使用中文版的评判性思维态度倾向性调查表(CTDI - CV)对两组护生进行评判性思维能力评估。结果:使用微信群的护生与未使用微信群的护生在 CT-DI - CV 总分、寻求真相、开放思想、分析能力、评判性思维自信心、求知欲及认知成熟度上的差异均有统计学意义(P 均<0.05)。结论:将微信平台引入到教学实践中,可以提高护生实习阶段的评判性思维能力。

Objective:To explore the effect of the application of WeChat on the improvement of nursing undergraduates′ critical thinking. Methods:Tatol of 60 nursing undergraduates from Jan. 2012 to Mar. 2013 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Traditional teaching model was used in control group,while the application of WeChat was added on the basis of the traditional method in experimental group. Then critical thinking disposi-tion inventory - Chinese version(CTDI - CV) was used to access the nursing undergraduates′ ability of critical thinking of tow group. Results:Through the research,the total sore of CTDI - CV of nursing undergraduates who used WeChat Group was higher than those who did not. And so was difference of the truth seeking, open - minded,analytical skills and cognition degree were significantly lower after clinical practice (P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The introduction of WeChat in teaching could attach importance to the improvement of critical thinking ability of nursing undergraduates in their period of internship.
