目的：：比较三种不同方法在静脉肾盂造影肠道准备中的应用效果。方法：将做静脉肾盂造影检查的患者210例随机分为 A 组80例,B组87例,C 组43例。 A 组为口服聚乙二醇散剂,B 组口服磷酸钠盐口服液,C 组磷酸钠盐溶液灌肠。结果：三组患者肠道清洁效果差异无统计学意义(P >0.05),肠道准备耐受度差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),B 组的耐受度效果优于其它两组,且所需费用较低。结论：磷酸钠盐口服液在肠道准备中的效果可靠,患者耐受度好,减轻了护士护理工作量及劳动强度,值得临床推广应用。
목적：：비교삼충불동방법재정맥신우조영장도준비중적응용효과。방법：장주정맥신우조영검사적환자210례수궤분위 A 조80례,B조87례,C 조43례。 A 조위구복취을이순산제,B 조구복린산납염구복액,C 조린산납염용액관장。결과：삼조환자장도청길효과차이무통계학의의(P >0.05),장도준비내수도차이유통계학의의(P <0.05),B 조적내수도효과우우기타량조,차소수비용교저。결론：린산납염구복액재장도준비중적효과가고,환자내수도호,감경료호사호리공작량급노동강도,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To compare the effect of three different bowel preparation methods for intravenous pyelogram. Methods:210 patients of intravenous py-elogram were randomly divided into group A,B and C. Group A was took polyethylene glycol oral powder,group B sodium phosphates oral solution and group C sodium phosphate rectal solution. Results:It was not significant difference the bowel cleaning effect of three groups(P > 0. 05). It was significant differ-ence the the bowel preparation tolerance of three groups(P < 0. 05). The tolerance of group B was better than the others groups,and the costs was the low-est. Conclusion:It was reliable,tolerance and economy the effect of sodium phosphates oral solution for bowel preparation. It relieved the workload and labor intensity,and was worthy of clinical application.
