目的：：探讨心血管疾病患者应用硝酸酯类药物治疗的实际效果。方法：选取2013年4月~2014年3月心血管疾病患者(均为心肌梗死病例)100例，按随机数字表法将其分成实验组50例，对照组50例，分别应用硝酸酯类药物、他汀类药物治疗，对比临床疗效。结果：两组均未出现严重不良反应，实验组心肌梗死治疗效果优于对照组，比较两组临床获益率，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论：硝酸酯类药物治疗心血管疾病，疗效确切，安全性高，值得在各级医院应用。
목적：：탐토심혈관질병환자응용초산지류약물치료적실제효과。방법：선취2013년4월~2014년3월심혈관질병환자(균위심기경사병례)100례，안수궤수자표법장기분성실험조50례，대조조50례，분별응용초산지류약물、타정류약물치료，대비림상료효。결과：량조균미출현엄중불량반응，실험조심기경사치료효과우우대조조，비교량조림상획익솔，차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론：초산지류약물치료심혈관질병，료효학절，안전성고，치득재각급의원응용。
Objective:To investigate the application for patients with cardiovascular disease,the practical effect of nitrate medication.Methods:April 2013 ~March 2014 cardiovascular disease (myocardial infarction patients are)100 cases,according to the random number table will be divided into the experimental group of 50 patients in the control group of 50 patients,respectively,nitrates ,statin therapy,compared to clinical efficacy.Results:There were no serious adverse reactions,experimental myocardial infarction treatment group than the control group,clinical benefit rate were compared,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:Nitrates treatment of cardiovascular disease,efficacy,safety,deserve at all levels of hospital applications.
