目的::探讨品质圈在减少非急症患者急诊就诊中的应用效果。方法:运用 PDCA 方法,对我院妇产科急诊2012年7~12月非急症患者急诊就诊情况进行统计分析,并从人、物、环、法4个方面进行要因分析,针对主要原因制定相应对策并组织实施,比较品质圈实施前后非急症患者急诊就诊率。结果:实施品质圈后非急诊患者急诊就诊发生率低于品质圈实施前(P <0.01)。结论:品质圈活动对减少非急诊患者急诊就诊有较好的效果,值得在临床工作中推广应用。

목적::탐토품질권재감소비급증환자급진취진중적응용효과。방법:운용 PDCA 방법,대아원부산과급진2012년7~12월비급증환자급진취진정황진행통계분석,병종인、물、배、법4개방면진행요인분석,침대주요원인제정상응대책병조직실시,비교품질권실시전후비급증환자급진취진솔。결과:실시품질권후비급진환자급진취진발생솔저우품질권실시전(P <0.01)。결론:품질권활동대감소비급진환자급진취진유교호적효과,치득재림상공작중추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the application and effects of quality control circle in reducing non - emergency patients treated in the emergency. Meth-ods:The data on patients who went to emergency department were collected from July to September 2012 and analyzed by PDCA method which based on four aspects,including people,objects,environment and rules. During the procedure,the rate of emergency treatment for non - emergency patients was firstly as-sessed. Appropriate measures and actions were then taken to reduce the rate. Finally,effective measures were adopted to enhance the results. Results:The rate of emergency treatment for non - emergency patients was reduced significantly compared with the rate itself before the quality control circle was taken (P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Quality control circle which can be widely used in clinical practice was effective in reducing non - emergency patients treated in the emergency.
