为研究福寿螺消化液对番茄红素的辅助提取效果,提取并比较福寿螺消化道各器官消化液的纤维素酶活力和蛋白质含量,其中胃提取液的比酶活最高(1.2 U/mg,以内切β-1,4葡聚糖酶活力计),肝脏和食道的提取液比酶活次之(0.6 U/mg及0.4 U/mg).使用福寿螺消化液辅助提取番茄红素实验表明:10 g番茄果泥在酶加入量3.3 U,35℃预处理3h的条件下提取效果最佳,其中商品纤维素酶和福寿螺消化液预处理分别可使提取液番茄红素含量达到对照组2.1倍和2.7倍.

In order to evaluate the effect of the Pomacea canaliculata digestive juice assisted extraction of lycopene, the stomach, intestine, esophagus and liver had been taken and the digestive juice of these ograns were extracted as a whole or independently. The cellulose activity and protein content of these organs were also detected. Results showed that the highest cellulase specific activity was found in stomach extract (1.2U/mg, represented by endo-β-1, 4-glucanase activity), Esophagus and liver extracts, however, possessed lower cellulase specific activity (0.6U/mg and 0.4U/mg, respectively). For lycopene extraction from a ten gram tomato jam, a protocol consisted of 3.3U enzyme dosage and preprocessing at 35℃for 3 hours was proved to be the optimal way. Employing this approach, the lycopene content reached 2.1-fold and 2.7-fold over the control set using a commercial cellulase and the P. canaliculata digestive juice respectively.
