The wet pressing test in Longtan Sugar Factory was used to test the effects of technical transformation on production. Actual situation of entrance-exit, installation of bottom comb and pressing efficiency of every squeezer in the production process were determined by the wet pressing test. According to the data of wet pressing test, the entrance-exit and installation of bottom comb were reasonable and the pressing efficiency was good. Extraction rate of the squeezer train was 96.17%. Moisture and sugar of bagasse were 47.1%and 1.98%, which were decreased along with the squeezer train. Fiber of bagasse was 49.54%, which was increased with the squeezer train.
