利用HPLC技术分析了双酯类、聚α-烯烃(PAO)两种合成航空润滑基础油及其高温实验产物。HPLC分析显示,双酯类航空润滑基础油易于用C18柱进行分离,分离效果较好,所得到的物种的数量也较多,并且原样和高温反应后的油样有较为明显的差别,特别在300 oC时,极性化合物的种类和含量急剧增加;然而, PAO属于非极性物质,主要检测到小极性或者中极性的产物,物种信息没有双酯类基础油丰富。这些信息对考察在用油中有机质的结构变化和分析在用润滑油的性能变化具有重要的意义。

Poly-α-olefins (PAO), di-ester aviation lubricant base stocks and their high-temperature oxidative products were separated and analyzed with HPLC. The results showed that di-ester oil could be separated easily with RP-C18 column and components were separated effectively. In addition, there were some significant differences between before and after reaction. Especially after the temperature raised to 300oC, the amount and the kinds of polar compounds increased sharply. However, as non-polar materials, PAO and its products can not be separated substantially. Components with little polarity were analyzed in PAO. Rich information about molecular structure and components plays an important role in investigating on structural changes from oil during test, monitoring the full and comprehensive quality of main lubricant and analyzing the performance variables of lubricant in-use.
