试验研究了以棕榈酸化油与甲醇为原料,在催化剂(浓硫酸)的作用下,通过酯化反应制备生物柴油。采用单因素试验和正交优化试验,考察反应温度、搅拌速率、醇油摩尔比和催化剂用量(与原料油质量比)对酯化反应收率的影响。确定最佳反应条件为反应温度为55℃,搅拌速率为200 r/min,醇油摩尔比为7:1,催化剂用量为2.0%,且在该条件下酯化效率为93.9%。

The biodiesel was prepared with palm acid oil and methanol as raw materials, sulfuric acid as catalyst by esterification reaction. By the single factor experiment and orthogonal test, four factors influencing the yield of reaction were investigated. The experimental results show that the optimum process conditions are as follows: reaction temperature 55℃, stirring rate 200 r/min, the mol ratio of alcohol/oil 7:1, amount of catalyst 2.0%;under above conditions, the reactive conversion rate reach up to 93.9%.
