每一周期规则变化都将为竞技体操运动带来诸多变化，规则的变化为竞技体操运动提供了训练更科学、竞争更合理、评判更客观和运动更安全的保障。通过对2013～2016年新周期规则的研究，对比旧周期规则的动作释义和说明，掌握了各项动作的难度价值和动作完成情况评定的变化。通过对伦敦奥运会比赛中运动员动作和得分情况的统计与分析，为中国体操队的训练与编排提出针对性的建议。

In each cycle,rule change will bring many changes to competitive gymnastics,and the changes in the rules provide more support for scientific training,reasonable competition, objective judgment and secure exercise protection.Through doing research into the new rules in the period 201 3-201 6,comparing the movement interpretation and instructions of the new and old rules, we grasp the changes in difficulty value and completion assessment of each movements. Through the mathematical statistics and analysis of the scores of in London Olympics athletes,we put forward specific proposals for the Chinese gymnastics training and choreography.
