为了进一步了解倾斜向上管倾角对管内空气和水二相流流型转变的影响。本实验在两相流实验室进行,记录和总结实验数据,进而获得流型图。分析了空气-水形成两相流通过管长8 m,有机玻璃直径20 mm,分别将管倾斜5°,15°和25°,所得的数据采集。通过在相同管径条件下的倾斜管在不同倾斜角下流型出现的区域对比,得到管的倾斜角度对流型变化的影响。

In order to further understand effect of the angle on the transition of flow pattern of air-water two-phase flow in tube, the experiment was carried out in two phase flow laboratory, the experimental data were recorded and summarized, and then the flow pattern map was obtained. The data of the air-water two-phase flow in the organic glass tube with 8 m length and 20 mm diameterat different inclination angles of 5°, 15° and 25° were analyzed, respectively. At last, effect of the inclination angle on the flow pattern change was obtained.
