20世纪80年代以来,“教育实习”的内涵在不断演变,由传统的教育实习发展到具体的顶岗实习、顶岗支教、顶岗置换。教育实习经历了从自在阶段到自为阶段的转变,从主客体关系到主体间性的关系转变,从主体性原则到交互性原则的转变,从单向性到双向性的方向转变,实习范式从工具理性转变为交往理性。
20世紀80年代以來,“教育實習”的內涵在不斷縯變,由傳統的教育實習髮展到具體的頂崗實習、頂崗支教、頂崗置換。教育實習經歷瞭從自在階段到自為階段的轉變,從主客體關繫到主體間性的關繫轉變,從主體性原則到交互性原則的轉變,從單嚮性到雙嚮性的方嚮轉變,實習範式從工具理性轉變為交往理性。
20세기80년대이래,“교육실습”적내함재불단연변,유전통적교육실습발전도구체적정강실습、정강지교、정강치환。교육실습경력료종자재계단도자위계단적전변,종주객체관계도주체간성적관계전변,종주체성원칙도교호성원칙적전변,종단향성도쌍향성적방향전변,실습범식종공구이성전변위교왕이성。
Since 80 years last century,the connotation of“educational practice”has continuously changed;from the traditional 8 weeks educational practice to the specific replacement teaching,to the replacement supporting teaching,and to the replacement of teachers. Educational practice has experienced the periodical change from the comfortable period to the doing something period,the relational change from the relation between subject and object to the character relation among subjects,the principle change from subjective prin-ciple to alternate principle,and the direction change from the unidirectional to the bidirectional. The practical pattern has changed from the instrumental rationality to the communicative rationality.
