在某石化公司160万t/a延迟焦化装置停工检修期间,进入现场开展腐蚀检查工作,运用宏观检查、腐蚀产物能谱分析、坑度测量及垢物灼烧实验等手段,分析该工艺单元内设备的腐蚀类型及腐蚀原因。并根据分析结果,提出相应的防腐对策。

재모석화공사160만t/a연지초화장치정공검수기간,진입현장개전부식검사공작,운용굉관검사、부식산물능보분석、갱도측량급구물작소실험등수단,분석해공예단원내설비적부식류형급부식원인。병근거분석결과,제출상응적방부대책。
During the downtime of the 1.6 Mt/a delayed coking unit in a petrochemical company, corrosion inspection work was carried out. Many testing methods, such as macroscopic examination, corrosion production spectrum analysis, pit measurement and burning experiments were used in order to analyze the corrosion type and corrosion reasons of equipments in this process unit. Then according to the analysis results, some suggestions on corrosion prevention were put forward.
