非正规金融是正规金融体系的有效补充，但也潜藏着巨大的风险，对金融市场秩序乃至国家宏观调控产生干扰。本文采用博弈矩阵对合会与地下钱庄两种非正规金融组织的风险进行系统分析，得出非正规金融潜在风险的影响因素，并据此提出规避非正规金融机构潜在风险的建议。

Informal finance is an effective supplement of formal financial system, but it also has many financial risks, affecting the health of the whole financial system, and harming national macroeconomic control. By game analysis of two types of informal finance:rotating savings and credit associations ( ROSCA) and underground lending, certain influence factors of potential risks of informal finance have been concluded. At last, certain feasible solutions to mitigate potential risks of informal finance have been addressed.
