通过水泵的运行特性分析,建立单泵变频调速运行和多泵同类型变频调速运行时的能耗数学计算模型。以某一工业循环冷却水变频恒压供水系统为例,对目前常见的两台水泵并联运行策略进行理论分析计算,提出水泵并联优化运行策略,以供类似工程参考。
通過水泵的運行特性分析,建立單泵變頻調速運行和多泵同類型變頻調速運行時的能耗數學計算模型。以某一工業循環冷卻水變頻恆壓供水繫統為例,對目前常見的兩檯水泵併聯運行策略進行理論分析計算,提齣水泵併聯優化運行策略,以供類似工程參攷。

Based on the analysis of operation condition of pumps, the mathematical calculating models of energy consumption of single pump and pumps in Variable-frequency operation were established. Taking a industrial circulating cooling water supplying system with Variable frequency and Constan pressure as example, the operation strategy of pumps in parallel was put forward by theoretical analysis and calculation, which will provide reference to the similar projects.
