采用多孔介质模型描述渗透式纤维空气分布系统数值物理模型,研究了纤维空气分布系统空腔内部区域空气流速和压力等流动特性。结果表明:沿管长方向,纤维空气分布系统空腔中心区域空气以较高的速度向前流动,速度越来越小,总压逐渐降低,静压逐渐增大,但二者的梯度均越来越小;靠近纤维壁面区域空气流向逐渐改变,最终沿垂直于纤维空气分布系统壁面的方向从纤维孔隙向外渗透扩散;沿半径增加的方向,空气总压呈辐射状递减,静压则基本不变。

The porous medium model is developed for describing a fabric air dispersion system (FADS) in penetration mode in simulation. And properties of airflow velocity and pressure inside are predicted. Results show that airflow in central zone flows forward at higher velocity and internal total pressure reduce gradually along the length direction. Both the gradient of air velocity and pressure reduce gradually too. Also, air changes flow direction close to the porous fiber structure, and eventually disperses out through tiny-sized pores in the direction perpendicular to the half-cylindered fiber. Furthermore, the total pressure inside reduces gradually along the radial direction, yet the static pressure inside seldom changes. The static pressure in the radial direction is almost the same.
