为达到增大电磁驱动器驱动力的目的,工程上一般通过优化结构、增加匝数或电流来提高磁路效率。根据对电磁驱动器的参数特点分析,在工作间隙中加入磁流体以提高磁路效率从而提高驱动力。在建立电磁驱动器数学模型的基础上,得出了工作间隙中介质的磁导率与驱动力的关系。通过动力学方程得出衔铁的位移与时间的关系式,进而得出响应时间。计算结果显示出在加入磁流体后,电磁驱动器的驱动力大幅度增加,但其响应时间也随之增加。

In order to reach the goal of increasing the thrust of electromagnetic actuator, in engineering generally by optimizing the structure, increasing the number of turns or current to improve the efficiency of magnetic circuit. According to analyze the characteristic of the parameters of the electromagnetic actuator and add magnetic liquid in order to improve the efficiency of magnetic circuit so as to improve driving force at work. On the basis of establishing the mathematic model of electromagnetic actuator, conclude the relation of medium of permeability and driving force at work. Through the kinetic equation arrive at the relation between displacement and time of the armature, then response time are obtained. Calculation result shows that after joining magnetic fluid, driving force of the electromagnetic actuator in a substantial increase, but the response time also increases.
