目的:探讨肌氧饱和度与局部肌肉耐力之间的关系。方法:采用等速肌力测试,以北京国安三线10名足球运动员为研究对象进行240°/S,20次的膝关节屈伸运动方案,同时用近红外光谱技术实时、连续监测运动中股外肌的氧饱和度变化。结果:肌氧饱和度下降幅度与做功下降率之间存在一定的相关性(r =-0.685),P<0.05。结论:肌氧饱和度与局部肌肉耐力之间存在一定的相关性,肌氧饱和度可能可以用来评定局部肌肉耐力。

목적:탐토기양포화도여국부기육내력지간적관계。방법:채용등속기력측시,이북경국안삼선10명족구운동원위연구대상진행240°/S,20차적슬관절굴신운동방안,동시용근홍외광보기술실시、련속감측운동중고외기적양포화도변화。결과:기양포화도하강폭도여주공하강솔지간존재일정적상관성(r =-0.685),P<0.05。결론:기양포화도여국부기육내력지간존재일정적상관성,기양포화도가능가이용래평정국부기육내력。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between muscle oxygen saturation and local muscle endurance.Methods:Muscle Testing was given to the Guoan three-tier 1 0 footballers, and knee flexion and extension program is 240°/S,20 times,while near infrared spectroscopy is used for real-time,continuous monitoring of the movement of stocks outside muscle oxygen saturation changes.Results:Muscle oxygen desaturation between the magnitude of decline in the rate of doing work a certain correlation (r =-0.685,P <0.05 ).Conclusion:The presence of oxygen saturation between muscle and local muscle endurance has certain correlation;muscle oxygen saturation may be used to assess local muscle endurance.
