利用计算流体力学软件FLUENT的凝固/熔化模型,将圆筒内充满不同浓度的氯化钠溶液作为相变材料,以此为研究对象对相变材料的熔化凝固过程进行了数值计算模拟。通过分析可知,在熔化过程中,溶液熔化速度、圆筒内温度上升速度随着浓度的升高而加快。在凝固过程中,随着氯化钠溶液浓度的升高,区域内温度降低速度越小,凝固速度越慢,凝固所需时间更长。

By using the solidification/melting model of FLUENT software, a cylinder filled with sodium chloride solution at different concentrations would be used as a phase change material, the melting and solidification process of the phase change material were simulated numerically. Through the analysis, in the melting process, the melting speed of solution and the rate of temperature rise of the inner cylinder were increased with the increase of concentration of solution. During solidification process, with the increasing of sodium chloride solution’s concentration, the temperature decrease speed is lower, the solidification speed is slower, the time required for the solidification was needed more.
