液体动压滑动轴承对汽轮发电机转子系统的动态性能和运行稳定性有着至关重要的影响。基于润滑流体两相流理论,运用 Fluent 建立了滑动轴承的稳流和湍流三维 CFD 分析模型。仿真分析不同转速、进油压力、载荷和偏心率等关键参数对滑动轴承的油膜压力分布、油膜破裂和气穴分布特征等动态特性的影响规律。结果表明随着转速的增加,正、负压区的面积大小成反比变化,偏心率对油膜的动态特性影响较大。在转子高速运转时,适当增加油口进油压力以平衡转速致使油膜气化比例的增加,从而防止油膜破裂,有利于提高油膜的承载力和转子系统的运行稳定性。计算结果为运转状态下液体动压滑动轴承的动态性能分析提供了参考数据。

Hydrodynamic sliding bearing has significant influence on the dynamic performance and operational stability of turbine generator rotor system.Based on the two -phase flow theory,this paper establishes a three -dimensional CFD(computational fluid dynamics)analysis model of sliding bearing’s steady flow and turbulence. The effects of different key parameters such as simulation analysis speed,inlet oil pressure,load and eccentricity on sliding bearing oil film pressure distribution,oil film rupture distributions and cavitation characteristics dynam-ic characteristics are simulated and analyzed.The results show that with the increase of speed,the area of positive negative pressure zone changes inversely proportional and the eccentric rate has significant effect on the dynamic characteristics of oil film.When the rotor is running at a high speed,the appropriate increase in inlet oil pressure to balance the oil film gasifying speed ratio,so as to prevent the rupture of oil film,is helpful to improve the oper-ation stability of bearing and rotor system of oil film.The calculation results for the operating state of liquid pro-vide referential data for the analysis of the dynamic performance of sliding bearing.
